Im just curious, but is this solely for the audio stories? The title suggests its for Transformers books in general. If so, I'd be interested in adding stuff on the DW iBooks trilogy and the Legends anthology.SMegatron 08:55, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to add more books to it. Please don't nominate it for deletion. user:mathewignash

Er, wasn't going to. I still think this is a better alternative than having each audio listed seperately, as there's precedent for lists on the comics, minor comics and series pages. As soon as I've dug out the DW books, Ill probably add them tomorrow.SMegatron 11:58, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sources

[edit]

Are we going to get any sources for this article? Even the ISBNs would be a good start. -- JediLofty User | Talk 08:18, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Keeping the page tidy

[edit]

I don't think we need more than one image per book, and having a "cast" list (surely more suited to a film or TV series) just bloats the article unnecessarily. -- JediLofty User | Talk 09:50, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The cast lists I included are for books with an audio cassette. The cast are those who had voice actors playing them in the audio. user:mathewignash

A cast list is for productions with multiple actors/actresses, not for an audiobook. Why do you keep trying to make the article larger than it needs to be? -- JediLofty User | Talk 08:20, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Additional books

[edit]

Hi, I have a load of the Ladybird books not mentioned here, including Megatron's Fight For Power, Decepticon Hideout, Autobots Fight Back, Galvatron's Air Attack, Decepticons At The Pole, and the Movie adaptation. I'll add these in as I get the time. There was one other book in the series, Autobots Strike Oil, which I don't have I'm afraid.

I also have a couple of Transformers "choose your own adventure"-style books, published by Young Corgi in 1985. They are called Peril From The Stars and Dinobot War.

I have a scanner, so I can add pics when I get the chance.

Please feel free to add them any time. Mat has already started a fairly big section on the Ladybird books, so any expansion would be most welcome.SMegatron 21:14, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Satelliteofdoom-cover.jpg

[edit]

Image:Satelliteofdoom-cover.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
